Silicone rubber self-adhesive tape thermosulfide (high temperature vulcanized silica gel HTV), room temperature vulcanization (RTV), room temperature vulcanized vulcanization and polycondensation and addition reaction. High temperature silicone rubber self-adhesive tape is mainly used to manufacture various kinds of silicon rubber products, while room temperature silicone rubber is mainly used as adhesive, sealing material or mold. Thermo - vulcanization type USES the biggest quantity, thermo - vulcanization type divides into the methyl silicone rubber (MQ), the methyl vinyl silicone rubber (VMQ, the dosage and the product brand most number), the methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber PVMQ(low temperature resistance, radiation resistance), other still have the eyeball silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber and so on.
Silicone rubber self-adhesive band refers to the main chain is composed of silicon and oxygen atoms alternately. Ordinary silicone rubber is mainly composed of silicon oxygen chain joints containing methyl and a small amount of vinyl. The introduction of phenyl can improve the high and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber, while the introduction of trifluoropropyl and cyanyl can improve the temperature and oil resistance of silicone rubber. Silicone rubber good low temperature resistance, generally can still work under 55 ℃. After the introduction of phenyl, can reach to 73 ℃. Heat resistant properties of the silicone rubber is very outstanding, also can long-term work under 180 ℃, slightly higher than 200 ℃ can take several weeks or longer still resilient, instantaneous can resistance to high temperature above 300 ℃. The permeability of silicone rubber is good, and the oxygen transmittance is the highest among synthetic polymers. In addition, silicone rubber self-adhesive tape also has the outstanding characteristics of physiological inertia and does not lead to clotting, so it is widely used in medical field.
